Results: Inquiries are replied/responded within time. Response Time is reduced to same time, Pre-designed templates of Proposals made the time to no time in responding the Proposals to clients, Calendar with scheduler for meetings.
Conclusion: Customer Satisfaction, Resolution of issues and Relationship increased to three folds in short span of time which impacted almost all clients retention.
